Privacy

In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising. The only personal data it collects is the email address you enter to join the launch list.

Launch list

When you sign up, your email address is passed to Brevo, the service we use to send our emails. You first receive a confirmation email: until you click its link, you receive nothing else. Your address is used only to tell you when pre-orders for the A01 Ellipse open and to send you the milestones of its development.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
Processor: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company), which stores the addresses and sends the emails on our behalf.
Retention: until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after our last exchange.
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

If you write to us

If you write to contact@aphelwatches.com, your address and message are used only to reply to you.

Hosting

The host, Railway Corporation (United States), keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed for the site to run securely.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@aphelwatches.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
